Niels Oeltjen (aka Nails) is a multidisciplinary visual artist from Australia. He gained prominence from his involvement in the influential street-art scene in Melbourne in the mid 2000s. He has been exhibiting since 1997 and exhibits his work widely. His working process is project-based, and is inclusive of varying platforms and applications.
