Niels Oeltjen aka Nails is a multidisciplinary visual artist currently residing in Australia. He gained prominence from his involvement in the influential street-art scene in Melbourne in the mid 2000s, in which he was considered an innovator. He has been exhibiting since 1997 and continues to exhibit his work widely. His working process is project-based, and is inclusive of varying platforms and applications. Quameo Fisax

This piece is a further exploration of the visual possibilities I explored in Biolume. Again I wanted to explore natural form and glyphic imagery, in this case creating a dispersion of images reminiscent of diagrams of ecosystems.
